    A CALL FOR MINDFULNESS...

                      

     

     

    In the midst of anxity, anticipation, stress and a big question mark   ? what is going to happen in this world, in our country, in my city and my house nobody knows... at least at this moment,

    There is a big question mark !! Oh! is it?

    Just we need to wash our hands; great but, then how many times ? No touch, No going out, No get togethers, No work together, Fear, doubt, is everywhere. And also because it is Pandemic now. 

    As an Emotional Intelligence Consultant and Mindfulness Practitioner, I feel that this is  a time, that 

    "CALLS FOR OUR MINDFULNESS."

             "Mindfulness", allows us to keep calm, be in present moment awareness, concentrate on our own                 purpose, detach ourself for a reason, look at the situations and things around us, nonjudgementally,             and keep taking action on our priority which is right now is life, safety and wellbeing. 

    Human beings and human nature has a very strong aspect of creating patterns, Those can be thinking patterns, feeling patterns or behavioural patterns. And in that we might just forget to understand the importance of the "EMERGENCY".

    PATTERN IS SEEN IN PEOPLE: 

    We always feel from our own fixed mindset that,

    ::nothing is going to happen, I can keep doing everything as I was doing before.:: 

    A BIG NO !!  Because it's not useful right now. Right now what is useful is that,

    i. JUST DO NOT JUDGE,

    ii. JUST ACCEPT,

    iii. JUST REMAIN CALM, AND LASTLY

    iv. JUST USE YOUR CREATIVITY. 

    Let us check with one by one. 

    1. JUST DO NOT JUDGE:

    Your Government, your near and dear ones, might be asking you to remain home, don't judge them, it is for a reason. Show your deepest faith on them, Do what they are asking you to do for your life safty. Automatically you will be helping to yourself and your lovely people around. Many people for instance  some Bollywood actors and Politicians, have kept themselves in quarantine. To maintain Safety. 

    2. JUST ACCEPT:

    At least right now, accept if you are coughing then coughing, if you are having fever then yes you are having it, many people feel that they can still pull off, they can still fight with the virus, Yes they can, definitely, but also they need to become aware about the pandemic. If it is required to   go to your family doctor, share your symptoms. Start medication, at least for your life, for your girlfriend or boyfriend, for your family. Accept if you have it, STILL NO PANIC, you can still be cured with proper help, support, medication, and the most importantly, ISOLATION. Home quarantine yourself. 

    3. JUST REMAIN CALM:

    How is that possible?

    "Please ask us to do all other things but do not ask to remain calm", is the natural response of people around, but, yes it's a need of an hour.

    Unless you remain Calm, you won't be able to think properly, probably one might keep getting irritated, or angry or completely BORED. It's still OKAY, Believe it is going to go, It is not permanent. It is asking us to show our FOCUS, what are we doing? Are we focusing upon our safety and precautions, as Cleaning, Caring our own and other family member's  health, or Focusing about cribbing upon Why this virus is there, Why people are not coming for work, So much inconvinience, no travels, nothing to do with kids, NO WAY, it is still okay, as far as we are safe, we can do all other things some other time ..... if ever we are safe. 

    4. JUST USE YOUR CREATIVITY:

    Yes, it is a need now. What more we can do in this confused, ambiguous, anxious situation? and How can we do that? Think on these lines, Focus, Become mindful and slowly you will start getting answers. Slowly the curtain will open and you will start getting options, NO VEGETABLES AVAILABLE -- what can I cook? NO CINEMA HALLS OPEN -- what can I / we do for our entertainment? NO GET TOGETHERS -- can we still come together online and keep conducting our meetings.

    MINDFULNESS IS NEEDED EVERYWHERE, WHERE EVER AND  WHENEVER WE NEED  PEACE AND SOLUTION. 

    HOW ABOUT USING MINDFULNESS ON OUR OWN PASSIONS? BECOME PURPOSEFUL, CREATE INTEREST IN THE NEW FIELDS OR COMPLETE WHAT YOU WERE INTERESTED IN AND COULDNOT DO IT DUE TO SOME OTHER REASON, MAY BE HEAVY WORKLOAD OR TIME PRESSURE.

    Do it now, as if, CARONA is giving you extra time to do it,  It's giving you time as if, TO COMPLETE YOUR OWN PASSIONS... WRITE, SING, DANCE, PAINT, DRAW, COOK, CLEAN, MAKE YOUR REMAINING CALLS, CREATE POETRY, SHOP ONLINE, GARDENING, ORGANISE YOUR HOME AND CUPBOARDS, LEARN NEW THINGS ONLINE, SUPPORT PEOPLE, JUST FOCUS UPON WHAT IS REMAINING FROM LONG, TAKE CARE OF YOUR PARENTS OR JUST BE THERE WITH YOUR FAMILIES IF EVER YOU ARE WITH THEM,  APPRECIATE PEOPLE, YOUR SIBLINGS, YOUR FRIENDS, YOUR KIDS, YOUR RELATIVES, YOUR COLLEAGUES. 

    Try your best to practice mindfulness, when you are home quarantine, isolated, it will give you some insight regarding your passion, ask yourself What can I do for myself, What are my passions? What were my interests, focus on your breath and think constantly about it. You will get various answers. Select at least one, and work towards it. 

    I can guarantee you, you will never crib, or quarell. But you will always feel that,  Carona will go away whenever it wants to go but I am having time to work upon on my own passions. 

    My dear all, THIS IS A SITUATION --- A CALL FOR MINDFULNESS.

    The blog vividly written about difficult present scenario for the Mankind. It is utmost important for all of us to understand the problem and stick to it's resolution. The piece of information shared by Dr. Aarti Suryawanshi enlighten us with the basic law of thought process and it's impact upon us. Lucid elaboration of problems and it's resolution done by Mam acknowledge us with the gravity of the situation. So, I would rather ask Mam to share many more informative research work further also.
